June’s Pledge of the Month is from our ongoing work with law firm Osborne Clarke.
Speak Carbon’s Alison Tomlin has been working with Osborne Clarke since 2023. This pledge is from cohort 15 of their Carbon Literacy cascade programme. You can read more about this work in our 2024 case study.
This pledge is one of the best examples of a group pledge we’ve ever seen at Speak Carbon. Since this original idea emerged, several more members of the Firm’s Change and Transformation team have built on this pledge, adding their own skills and knowledge to the work, making it ever more meaningful and impactful. With projects like this one, the capacity for new participants to further develop pledges made by those who’ve trained before them creates significant momentum and allows the actions pledged to take on a life of their own outside of the sessions.
