Our Carbon Literacy courses for universities are designed for both students and staff using the Carbon Literacy Project’s Universities toolkit, developed by MMU.

We work with each institution to develop bespoke material for each course, relevant to that university and the carbon reduction and sustainability plans already in place there. Our sessions also include information and activities relevant to those living, working or studying in a university setting, as well as the content around the climate crisis, impacts and actions, covered in all of our Carbon Literacy courses.

7 hours of facilitated learning and 1-2 hours of self-led study give participants the knowledge and vocabulary to have meaningful conversations around the climate crisis, as well as engaging with and developing carbon-reduction initiatives within their institution.

If you are interested in bringing Carbon Literacy training into your university, please get in touch and we will get back to you with more information.
